What is the OEM minimum order quantity?
OEM quantities and pricing are quoted individually per project. Send your target quantity, fabric and packaging requirements, and we will confirm the MOQ after a technical review.
Can you develop a custom bundle for my store?
Yes. We can combine any SKUs into a single carton with custom packaging and co-branded inserts. Bundles are a strong way to avoid direct SKU price matching.
Do you provide samples before bulk production?
Yes. Stock-material samples ship in 7–10 days. Custom samples take 15–20 days depending on fabric and structure changes.
Which certifications do you hold?
Our facility is BSCI audited and ISO 9001 certified, and we use FSC-certified wood on request. Product test reports can be arranged for your target market.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. Long-term partners can discuss credit terms after the first three orders.
